Are the 3D models generated from images cleared for commercial use?
Yes. All paid credit plans include full commercial usage rights for every 3D model you generate from a 2D image on ImageTo3D. You can use these 3D models in games, animations, AR/VR applications, or 3D print them.
Am I charged if the AI image to 3D generation fails?
If a 3D generation job fails due to a platform issue or times out, your credits are not permanently consumed. The system automatically refunds the reserved credits to your balance. For any edge-case support, you can always contact contact@imageto3d.cc.
Do my Image to 3D credits expire?
One-time credit packs are valid long-term. Every new purchase automatically refreshes your entire balance, extending its validity to 1 year from the date of the new order.
What 3D model file export formats are supported?
All paid accounts allow you to download the highest quality mesh and textures. We support immediate downloads in standard industry formats including GLB, OBJ, and STL, making it easy to import your 3D models directly into Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, or 3D printing software.
How long does it take to convert an image into a 3D model?
Typically, our AI processes standard images into complete 3D models with textures in 1 to 2 minutes. High-resolution generations or high-traffic periods might occasionally extend this rendering time slightly.
Do one-time credit packs auto-renew?
No. One-time credit packs are single purchases with no auto-renewal. Auto-renewal only applies if you specifically choose a monthly or yearly 'Subscription Plan'.
Do subscriptions auto-renew? How can I cancel?
Yes, monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your subscription stays usable until the paid period ends. Subscription credits are still issued and expired by monthly allowance cycles.
How are credits consumed if I have both subscription and permanent credits?
Our system always consumes your subscription credits first. Your one-time permanent credits will only be used if your subscription credits run out. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly allowance cycle and do not roll over, whereas permanent credits remain valid long-term.
